Bad moon continues to rise over MS sector. Some HC readers follow revenue, others cashflow. Well both these rose compared with PCP. But EPS has been smashed. I now focus mainly on 2 items: Margins and Macro. i.e. if a product is profitable in hard times company is managing. But no point in buying unless you believe macro will improve. FWD say margins have fallen and macro is ordinary. Mr Mkt is looking elsewhere to invest. Me too.
