you have taken part of the original post, perverting it's meaning.

The original post from prospecta states:

In other words, it is only the poster's impression that s/he believe JH is confident of funding.

Of course CTP are working on finding some funding. It has been stated many times that they are looking for a Joint Venture partners. I believe JH is confident that he can get more funding, but can't yet release the detail, as it hasn't been finalised (he is working on more than one possible JV, we know that). Just because he is confident doesn't mean he can yet release the details, because they may not be finalised.
