Today was the deadline for lodgement of the audited 2012 Annual Report and it has not appeared. In October 2011, the ASX suspended PPN for failing to lodge on time. Looks like deja vu all over again.
A few weeks ago at the long delayed 2011 AGM, the shareholders were told that the 2012 report was being finalized. Was that a lie? Another instance of routine incompetence? What is it with this company, that everything they touch turns sour?
OK, do like Trimble told you to do. Call and ask him what's going on - his number is 0418.311263. If he doesn't answer or tries to blame someone else, call the auditors and ask for Greg Hammond - his number is 0425.617296. If he fobs you off, call ASIC. This is unbelievable.
