    What has changed NOW as opposed to a year ago?

    One Summit?

    Did NSW policy change? Did I miss some new piece of legislation or a Federal takeover of regulation?

    Now there is a change in action?

    This completely invalidates the Boards strategy to now of waiting for regulatory certainty.

    They need to go.
