the board is running the company as Gillard and rudd ran the country... shooting from the hip, no discussion with interested parties, no respect for those who will feel the brunt of their thinking and actions AND ....
they all walk away with a bucket of cash ... called a salary ($700K ?) or a pension for life
at least PH wont get the pension for life at tax payers expense
