Totally agree, however having too many quality projects is not a problem, as long as they find some good Joint ventures or Farm ins to keep thoes projects active... Lots of companies with limited resources and good assets do this all the time... the more quality leases the better in my opinion.. especially if we have a solid bull run in commodities and PMs again.
