Could very well be. Klaus Eckhoff is quite a skilled character. Not of profound noise, yet of stealth demeanor and with a deep pocketed loyal circle of friends.

He has sort of moved on for several months now, and I am aware that he has been specifically working on a new gold coy in the Congo.
