I do see a bottleneck with their model though which drives the need for divvies.
David and Paul get into companies and help the company grow - they only have so many house to spend their time so they can't be involved with too many companies. If they have too much cash on their books, then it pushes the company into bigger and bigger investments in which David and Paul's influence and guidance will be diluted.
Just my thoughts.
