im going thru something similar


it is next to impossible to cancel your membership,

I have tried to email them, they do not reply,

they keep pointing you back to there website, there is no info on how to cancel on the website

it is impossible to talk to somebody on the phone that will do it, it is constantly busy and the hold is greater than 30 min, or it just disconnects you




I cant imagine how hard they would be to deal with if you actually had a problem
