I can understand Brian Deegan's extreme distress at losing his only son in Bali, but it seems to have unhinged him.
He has consistenly blamed everyone and everything except the terrorists and the JI terrorist cult for his son's death.
In all catastrophies, there are some people who rise to meet the reality of the circumstance and can get through it, and those who cannot face reality and fabricate a fantasy world to escape from the pain.
Brian Deegan seems to be unable to face the reality that the terrorists killed his son.... and that these same terrorists will kill him too if they get the chance...
