This morning LCY issued an "update" re the appointment of Mr Verma as interim Chair cum MD of NMDC.
However, on the same announcement it shows (on the lefthand side border) Mr Nanda as non-executive Chairman of LCY. But, no word on whether he will continue in this capacity or not. Shaz only says LCY was "aware of this occuring" and they have regular interactions with the NMDC Board members.
Typical fluff put out by an entity that has no control over what is going on here in Oz.
The proof is getting stronger regarding NMDC's inability to manage an international sattelite company.
