Just to pick you up on a point of order, Mr Nanda is an NMDC reprentative on the board. His position on the Board of LCY is tied to his position with NMDC. You are correct re the appointment of the chair requiring a meeting, but that is a formality because NMDC have the right to nominate the chair (as part of the 50% buy-in). So, just a mere formality.
To me it shows that LCY is not the biggest thing on the mind of NMDC executives. As time goes by, I believe their attention will wane as they focus on the home front. LCY is just a sideshow for these execs.
