I have to agree Yanlin that some clarity on the impacts of this decision upon the make-up of the LCY board would be useful. I suspect that this has not been confirmed yet though so in the interim this announcement may be the best they can do.
I assume that as soon as the decision is made at NMDC level we will be informed by LCY what impact this will have on our management structure. It strikes me that LCY are trying to keep the market pretty informed given the recent announcements they've made - albeit they are not the announcements a lot of us are waiting for.
