i havent read anywhere that they are a multi million dollar company - remember they are only 2 years old. I wouldnt really be concerned about an IP search and as to where it's registered. Robert Pole is a young cat looking for his exit point and his new innovation potentially just might be it. His got over 20 years expereince  and this could be his calling card!

Robert might night have the capital to create the stage for his product hence why he also has the support of Keaton Wallace as non-executive director (Ziptel).

Right now i'd say Robert has had his product valued based on its global potential and will need the investment to drive it.
