Well I am back again as a bear...gut instinct... and when I called it in Jan I was right in terms of a very short sharp correction and now things have just got worse.

I was away for 4 days and somehow read The Bulletin. The Spec stated it is not if, but when....if it was a weekday I would have passed it like wind....but I thought again.

Cashed out quite a lot before Easter and again this week....sitting in hotels watching c_rap cable stating the London metal Exchange is up 220% in 4 yrs - best ever etc.

Something has to give....here in Perth, the real estate is just crazy....in some ways, I am wishing it to happen so we can get back to common sense.
