I kid you not the Angola prospect is the beast that will take roc to new places.
Do the research and check with a couple rockchoppers [geos...not christians]. ROCs onshore block covers the second half of a producing offshore field. Its big bad and ugly. Only problem is of course..its onshore and thus political risk is so much more tangible.
Fortune does favour the brave however.
