Prior to seeing this I got put onto the story by someone who has done very well in this game. The story cross referenced so I began to look more closely at the ROC. Must say was extremely happy with what I saw [angola aside]. So took the plunge.

Looking for Oil is always a risky business so there is still a chance it may come up a duster....but I honestly dont think so. I think Chevron have the offshore half of the field and thier assessments are usually solid. ROCs own 3d siesmics is being done - so lets see what ROC release by way of information from that. They are famously dour in thier assessments so will be interesting to hear their interpretation.
