The company needs to communicate. Release the quarterly now.
Then the company can update the investor presentation on their website. There are investor presentations for Sep and Oct 2016 but nothing since.

OEL is probably waiting for something good to say in the quarterly.
Maybe there is a new acquisition close to completion.
