Ok, so you've justified, not reduced, the admin costs.

Now what about the $16.98M USD shortfall, which is required to get the projects done that you mention? Without this money, you cant count the projects. I am interested in how this will be worked around, without sacrificing something.

Production is late 2017....and its not a great deal, given initial daily rates, and revenue earning interest?

I see huge dilution coming!!
OK for those that get in at the discounted placement/CR price, but terrible for current/older holders.

They only have 25% allocation (around 295M shares) available....15% annual issue + 10% approved at AGM.
Not enough by far.
