One of these years Hartley's might just get a price projection correct S !!! For anything actually let alone OEL !! Anything above 7.7c flips this from neutral mode to bullish after having been nearly 8 years in no mans land - so a major turnaround will be in the early stages if 8c can be achieved ! Sellers potentially starting to dry up at present levels so hopefully it will encourage buyers to step up over the coming weeks if they are no longer being sold into. Still a tonne of work to do though . E.
