But it does help to have Gilad Yogev make the presentation because the Israeli's have a lot of clout in Singapore. You may not know but Sg's military was trained in the early days and modelled after theirs. But it's significant for me in that Sg would rather hear from a Black and Veatch, rather than a two bit FLC. So am slightly surprised that FLC was invited. Goes to show that the decentralisation theme is getting into the central mind frame of the waste water treatment industry and not an outlier anymore. The 200 installations in China must have helped to shift the mindframe into the centre.
