its not murky at all, all their holdings and JVs partners is listed in the annual report. It all has to do with marketing. To get local contracts it is prudent to market yourself as a local company. In US they should market themselves as a US company, and in China should portray themselves as a Chinese company, since China always had such a good relationship with Israel, it would be prudent to also market themselves as an Israeli company in China, and not US or Australia one.
