I'm starting to feel that I'm the only one left thinking that this "offer" is about a partner(s) approaching, or more likely has already been in negotiations, with BGS to form a JV to develop the project.

It seems the only logical situation to me.

Anything else and I would be bitterly disappointed........and very surprised!!

As I've mentioned before, discoveries of this calibre don't come along everyday, so I would be gobsmacked if BGS don't maximise the long term benefits of this project.

To be blunt, I'd think they would be negligent and inept if they chose any other option than a JV with a quality partner(s).
