    One could set a precedence if you can prove that it was not in the best interest of the share holder.
    Like "why would you let go of an asset worth 2Bil+ for 100Mil" it make no sense.
    This process would also go through a investigative process and discovery of all dealings by directors etc. which would uncover how the sale came to pass. Which could be totally legitimate.
    However, this would put the rest of the companies on notice, which in any case would be very positive outcome for shareholders.

    The more I think about it the more I'm leaning towards a partial sale.
