How do you know that no drilling has been done? They are not a public company and so don't need to disclose, but in some tenements they have spent over $100k which could cover some drilling.
BUT:
there are conditions prohibiting drilling, unless approval is given
as a 25% shareholder, I assume you would be advised of any drilling?
these costs are more likely to be soil sampling and analysis, and people
Their IPO prospectus planned for drilling for 12mths or so (22-23). On one of the tenements they've spent $250k over the last two years. They've spent $900k in two years - maybe some of that is drilling?
