what about dilution for litigation nonsense..

CNP get off scott free because they will be under, and CER gets hit with the brunt of the litigation through this share dilution BS..(SCAT)process.

(You can't tell me that the plaintiffs lawyers aren't going to try and get more out of CER, because they will get bugger all out of CNP).

This should be investigated further imo.. CER got penalised because of CNP auditors and financial controllers.. where's the independant review of this from the independant board and management? What protocols have changed since, that should lay blame back onto CNP..?
