just had a quick look through the quarterley and was quite surprised that the EPL 3522 was not even mentioned in the report. They referred to an application of another nuclear-fuels tenement in Namibia but to my understanding the application for EPL 3522 has been locked before the reported quarter.

Unfortunately the company won't answer my eMails; if anyone intends to call the company in the near future please ask for a clarification on the "fifth" tenement EPL 3522. I hope I'm wrong but I fear CRC could have joint ventured with another party on this preperty or even keep it on their own. As of 7/1/2007 it is pending and was pegged by CRC.

Nice to see ERN mentioned the historic drilling I provided you some information before and nice they've started a comprehensive reconnaissance program in order to define drilling targets.

However - would be nice if someone could ask the company about the fifth tenement.
