several million shares were pushed into 5c. why is the question?, there was no real selling pressure and futures were up.

looking at the charts is a bit revealing everything pointing down on the weekly

stochastic (down)
macd (negative)
trend channel (down)
s/p following bottom bollinger (down)

all pretty compelling and explains the heavy selling pressure plus the gap is like a magnet.
