What is implied by the lack of reference to the Home Appliance Sector? This was supposed to be part of the "great turn-around" a few years ago.
What a shocker of an announcement the day before the AGM. McPherson's have a history of these type of announcements.
Our share price is now back to where it was 12 months ago. The MD's report to me was promising, as the board sounds as if it is "paddling very hard under water" in order to turn things around. Much is being done, and mind you, it needs to be so, because a 5 year turn-around is testing one's patience. I believe however that today's sell-off was overdone, and expect a price around $1 to return soon. As for any further price rise, that is likely to be long term. For me, this is their last chance...........if we don't see some positive outcomes 12 months from now, then, after 15 years as a shareholder, I will be prepared to pull the plug!!
