Just for the sake of starting a new thread (can’t take any more trawling through the “Chart” one)...

I wonder why BAL is not targeting India. The size of that market is the same as China, the middle class growing at a greater rate, the economy doing well, we have good relations and trade channels with the country and it’s a democracy so not prone to the dynamics of a command economy and political whims/problems as in China.

I suppose there are good reasons why India is not on the BAL radar at the moment, I’d just like to know them. When I wrote to BAL about it, the reply was the standard dross about “always exploring opportunities...”. It seems a logical market, especially with the push into other Asian countries.
