Have to agree, there are supposed to be conflicting witness reports as to what happened but it would appear Hookes' group were asked to leave the hotel so it would be safe to assume there was some trouble inside which continued outside and hookes was hit with one punch not a savage beating as some reports are stating.

Hookes did not deserve to end up dead but it is the result of ONE unlucky punch which may or may not have been a king hit form behind and the Bounce although not having the legal right to hit anyone may or may not have felt justified in throughing the punch (protecting himself or some one else).

Hookes may also have been totaly innocent but he also would not be the first sports person to have a few drinks and start to cause trouble.

Again Hookes did not deserve to end up dead from this incident but befoer passing judgement on any one it would be better to wait until ALL the evidence is presented were it should be, in court instead of passing judgement on the media's version of events
