I understand that, but for those who are interested in and understand value, these prices are highly compelling. To have the opportunity to buy an asset at 75% discount to recent hard valuation notwithstanding the lower gas price, is not an every day occurrence.
I’m now buying at similar prices to that I paid over 2 years ago. Even at 60p/therm (which is at the bottom of consensus pricing) the company stands to generate $24 mill a month in revenue. ie. 0.21 x revenue
