I understand your pain but not your circumstances. I know it's hard to be positive when one feels everything is going to crap. I have huge paper losses in some shares but that is all they are at the moment if you can weather the storm. The crucial thing is risk only what you can afford to lose. Having said that I look at the risky part of share trading like a horse race. It can often be a gamble. You have a ticket in the race. The difference is in the horse race once past the post you tear your ticket up; share trading your ticket is alive until the company goes into liquidation.
HHR has little chance of that happening imho so hang in there. I know cash flow can be a big problem once you get into these situations to trade your way out and there is no easy fix. You just have to manage it as best you can. Always seek help and don't carry the burden alone. Those who are close to you will support you not condem you.
