    What about the company offering a 3 for 1 at 1cent and a exercise in say 2 years at 30 cents. Would raise $600,000.00 now and $18 mill on exercise. Good incentive to hold and a reward as well. Come on ADD do a deal.
    Wouldnt add to many shares to the register either.
    PS They would be tradeable.
