Has anyone actually seen a takeover happen at 5x current market price? I've only been investing seriously for last 2-3 years and the best I've seen on any stock I owned was 20% above the vwap leading up to the offer. The problem is that BOD probably have average buy in prices under 10c and if we get an offer 50 or 100% above the current mcap they can argue it's in shareholders best interests and get their exit event.. otherwise they sit and wait for years and years before they can actually exit.
