    About the 6th of October according to Dermy - but he hastened to add that it was in the hands of the Bourse - I think he has a handle on what is needed for EMS - but the time taken to even confirm a venue for phase 3 trials does not fill me with confidence that the doc running this baby is up to the diplomatic side of things
