I have never heard of this?! do you have a reference?!
Who pays the fee? and would such a decision have to be approved by a special company meeting?!

Does the ASX have to approve ...or is it a formality if you pay the dollars?!

Is there a time-line in terms of arranging such a decision...obviously you can't do it on the last day!!

Finally .001c ...

Is this $0.001 = 0.1c which I suspect is the case!
0r is it 0.001c = $0.00001

Can anyone give me an example of a company which has in fact done this ?!

Surely it would dramatically increase the value of the oppies?!
