Hi Lost.
What happened at Pennybacker? We invested $20M USD with a $7.5M possible earn out for 16.5%. FUM seem to be rising but the asset has been written down by your numbers. Those numbers don’t seem to be correct.
At the time of purchase,late 2019 PAC was suggesting it would contribute earnings of approx. $2.2M. Something has seriously gone wrong in a short period of time. I do think we get a share of revenue and not profit but the asset write down seems a bit odd.
