Is this the kiss of death for road haulage? Are they worried about the price of RP being underneath the opex using road, is that why they are so focused on the rail link?
A white knight who will fund the 100s of millions for the rail link but who needs 30k now for the report?
Once the smoke clears we will get a better picture of what is going on.
