    Should the outcome of the
    study be positive, ATEC would
    manage the approvals process,
    financing and construction of
    the rail link.
    The key is in the study report if it comes back positive(say 6 months) then we know wonorah is a BIG winner.I dont think there is any other reason to build rail.
