The building seems like a grotesque piece of architecture to me. There are many ways of "teaching" (if that was the intention of the museum) making everyone puke when they see a building in their city is the least effective one. Most probably a mistake which will backfire. Pity, but that's what happens when people don't think but simply show rage. A bit like Jane, Salus' mistress.
