So given the first right of refusal, any other entity now making a bid for DBCT, will realise that the offer will have to be substantial in order for the CI to walk away, this scenario sees new bidder or one of the low ball bidders alrerady in the mix, who now realise that their low ball bid was unsucessful....lets assume that this bidder really wants the assett, they come in with a more than reasonable 2.6b bid...to see if the CI walks. The whole picture now changes dramatically for BBI inder this scenario. Comments?
