    Plausible. BBI cannot solicit any bids under the terms of the interim deal with the CSI, that doesn't mean they have to reject unsolicited bids. Anyone wanting to get their hands on DBCT (other than the CSI) without taking part in a fire sale auction may be tempted to lob a bid now.
