I agree with you argonaut, we are all shell-shocked at losing 40% after brighter promises were made. The question about Socius facility is a good one, one I'd like answered. It may be that the current financiers were more trusted to hold onto their shares (an escrow would have been nice), but 50% was a shocker even factoring in the recent rise to .02 from 0.016.

I'm with you on clearer and better written announcements, some of my favourites are:

and so on. At first I thought Torey was being discrete pending a business deal, but after the months went by I began to worry that it was obfuscation and encouraging noises vs real progress.

I am more certain of Copahue, we all are, but Africa is a real muddy affair. This is a small company, and the team are working very hard, but EHR needs to build the market’s confidence in where EHR is heading.

Lastly, I think the directors' purchase relates to the placement, not the equity raising. That is to say, the directors will purchase one cent shares, regardless of whether the equity raising occurs.

The equity raising is a fair thing to do, that’s the point of them, but having already fully committed my funds to EHR I’m a bit peeved that I can’t participate and I will again lose by dilution. Personally I would have preferred a statement to say, that’s it, got our money, now we are going to do xyz and your shares will do just fine.
