There are a number of important factors here
Are the 1 cent placement investors going to hold or sell on market for a profit .
What are the details of the coming capital Raising.Is it a placement to current shareholders or is it a further capital destroying convertable note.
With these two unknowns looming i cant see the value of our holding rising anytime soon.
If Kev the company try and issue a further placement at 1.4 then that will be a further kick in the guts for current shareholders.Remember the 1 cent placement was done when the share price was over 2 cents wow.Since the share price has crashed,they will need to readjust any figures now.
Not a happy holder i can only console myself by my small holding and low(ish) entry, sadly others have quite a different situation.
