I am a little confused about the business structure of...

I am a little confused about the business structure of Ventracor. Now that the Australia group has gone into a DoCA with Siqro, what happens to the USA and Asian parts of the business?-have these been affected by what's happened in Australia? I had a look on the website and am none the wiser since the business structure is not mentioned.
Also,what happens now to the BTT AND DT trials and the patients? are they going to be looked after properly?

Can anyone answer these questions for me (and possibly other shareholders)?.
