The PFS came out and it was to serve one purpose, to ensure negotiations with the JV happened in a timely fashion allowing the company to move to the next stage. It has served that purpose.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean. The PFS was manipulated? What are you saying?

5 Weeks Post PFS release - 3mm Grinsize Testing
Without a doubt as previously stated, management showing the consevative figures of the PFS and the possible future upside to the project.

Again, what are you trying to say? They chose not to show a PFS with the 3mm grindsize results? They were not allowed to calculate the PFS at 3 mm grind size, as there had been no bulk testing of 3 mm grind, only lab testing which was inadequate for inclusion.
To me that was just another example of PLV not being ready for a PFS at all.
