My understanding was the possible JV negotiations could not begin until a PFS was done, that by releasing a PFS without taking into consideration the 4 or so holes yet to be drilled at the time would allow these negotiations to begin.
No definately don't think the PFS was manipulated, only like the company has put forward that the results do not reflect an accurate picture of they have on hand.
5 Weeks - Just saying the 3mm testing supports managements view the PFS was conservative and this supports just one area where cutbacks can be made.
