Obviously lots of pressure on Mgt to get the PFS out:

1. Running out of cash (despite short term CR)
2. Self imposed deadlines
3. Carrot of JTC involvement

What has confused me is why release the proposed test work for 3mm product. This is not going to spur any SP increase and IMO suggests further variables under discussion with the JTC. Variables only result in delays.

IMO it would have been better to commission the test work under normal routine activities but then announce the results if these prove to be beneficial and in the interest of both PLV and the JTC.

It will certainly be damaging to the SP if the 3mm test work shows detrimental results (economically or practically).
