I agree but I would point out that LYC was induced to consider Malaysia and in particular Kuantan by senior members of the Malaysian government & the Ministry of Industry.
Cabinet would certainly have to be mindful on the impact of a negative decision on foreign investment. As well it could also create a precedent in relation to other foreign investments in their Kuantan petro chemical hub - old & new.
